Deep Dive Validation Workshop
Our Deep Dive workshops are designed to dive deep into a particular area of starting a business. With the help of industry experts, it's more than just learning the basics, you'll leave with practical skills that you can apply immediately to your venture or startup. These are applied learning workshops so you will need to be prepared to get serious and get stuck in.
The objective of the ‘Deep Dive - Customer and Product Validation Workshop' is to test your product or venture idea to:
1) see if there is a potential market for your product; and
2) identify your potential customers. In this Deep Dive session, you will apply lean startup methodology to discovering the potential market for your product and to identifying your potential customers
After taking part in this Deep Dive session, you will have a clear understanding of your product scope, value proposition, and target customer
Session # 1 - Customer Discovery
Discover who your customers are, who your early adopters will be, what specific problems these people have, and how they currently solve it.
Session # 2 - Prototyping
Take a closer look at your products or services and pricing, test your value proposition against your target customer, and optimise accordingly.
You will walk away with a draft plan for validation which will take you from the concept stage to minimum viable product.
The sessions are applied and interactive where you will work alongside the facilitators and other participants on individual and group tasks.
The structure of the workshop is in 2 parts - both 2 hours long and taking place in the evening alongside a committed group of startups and entrepreneurs.
Krista Pritchard will lead both sessions while Jacob Varghese is your facilitator and mentor through the process.
